Invisible Imbalances

Ancient philosophies held that our essence (the soul) came from beyond the stars. It incarnated into the physical matter on earth, and the body was merely a storage place for something greater. Even our thoughts and emotions were affected by various gods from above.

The Enlightenment drastically altered Western man’s notion of himself, and the pendulum swung in a new direction. The body was no longer a receiver, but a generator of awareness, and consciousness was seen as a by-product of the brain and nervous system, i.e., the physical realm.

The truth likely lies somewhere between, and body and soul are interconnected in ways we don’t fully understand. Physical reality feels linked to something beyond the senses. Shamans are masters of this invisible world, and their work focuses on the dynamic between it and the material realm.

All existence has energetic anatomy within the invisible world, including us. This world is a relational one, as all life is interconnected. At an energetic level, the state of one’s relationships (including oneself) affects physical reality.

When working with a client, a Shaman can shift things within the invisible world (at the level of energy), thereby altering their thoughts, emotions, and physical being. Energy medicine re-establishes a sense of harmony between the individual and the wider world.

Examples of imbalances within the Invisible World are:

  • Energy Knots. When an unhealthy thought, feeling, or life event continues to repeat itself.

  • Soul Loss. Fragmentation of the personality, where a part of yourself feels lost.

  • Possession. An unhealthy relationship with a non-physical being.

  • Curses. An ancestor’s unfinished business can influence future generations.

  • Cords. A toxic dynamic between you and someone else in which heavy energy is offloaded onto one another.
